Website terms
Clear expectations from the start.
About this website
This website is operated by Indigokind (Pty) Ltd t/a IK SOLS. It describes our services and lets visitors make enquiries. Contact [email protected] with questions about these terms.
Enquiries and engagements
Sending a message or requesting an introductory call does not book an appointment or create a paid engagement. An appointment is confirmed when a time is agreed. Deliverables, fees, payment terms, timelines, responsibilities, support and intellectual-property arrangements are set out in the written engagement documents.
The introductory conversation is free. Discovery audits, reports and implementation are paid services with an agreed scope and fee. Your written quotation specifies the total, third-party costs and any recurring fees. IK SOLS is currently not VAT registered and does not charge VAT.
Service information and results
The site provides general descriptions and examples. A listed capability may depend on access, data quality, third-party systems, licences, equipment or specialist input. The applicable proposal defines what will be delivered.
Illustrations, animations and example systems explain how systems can support a business. Actual outcomes depend on the agreed scope and how the system is used. Any published client results are identified separately. Profit, savings, availability and security depend on the operating conditions and agreed service commitments.
Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit malicious material or misuse another person's information. Submit information you are entitled to share.
Content and third-party material
You may read and link to publicly available pages and keep a copy for evaluating our services. Other reproduction or use of protected material requires permission from its owner unless permitted by law or an applicable licence. Third-party names, software and fonts retain their respective rights. See company and copyright information.
External links are provided for convenience. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy arrangements.
Availability and responsibility
We take reasonable care with the website but may update, interrupt or withdraw it. Information may become outdated; confirm material details before relying on them for a business decision. Website availability is not a support service-level agreement.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability, remedies or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability and remedies for a client engagement are addressed in its written agreement, subject to applicable law.
Privacy, changes and applicable law
The privacy notice explains website information handling. These terms may be updated; changes do not retrospectively alter an agreed client contract. South African law applies, subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction rules that apply to you.
