What this website collects
Our forms collect your name, email address, message, selected service, reply preference and permission to respond. You may also provide a business name, phone number and availability for a call. A submission reference, time and notice version are recorded with the enquiry.
Name, email, message and permission to respond are needed to use the form. A phone number is needed if you request a phone reply. You can instead email us. Please do not include passwords, identity documents or confidential records.
The server may record technical information such as IP address, request path, time and browser details for operation and security. A keyed daily identifier limits repeated form submissions. It is pseudonymous and is handled as personal information. The website does not trust visitor-supplied forwarding headers.
Website measurements
We keep daily totals of page requests, response status and response-time ranges, plus accepted enquiries and form or notification failures. These measurements contain no IP addresses, browser identifiers, cookies, query strings, referrers, messages or individual browsing histories. Counts include automated requests and do not measure unique people.
Technical server logs are separate from these totals. They help investigate faults and misuse and may contain IP addresses and request details. They are restricted to administrators. Provider logging and public-launch retention arrangements are still under review.
Why we use it
We use enquiries to understand your requirements, respond and discuss a possible engagement. The form asks for your consent to that response. Service administration, record keeping and site security may also rely on contractual requirements, legal duties or legitimate interests where applicable. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Storage and service providers
Enquiries are held outside the website's public directory. Authorised people supporting our hosting, backups or email may process information for these purposes. Email notifications, when enabled, contain the enquiry and are sent to the IK SOLS business mailbox. We do not sell enquiry information.
Business email uses Proton Mail. The countries in which hosting, mail and backup providers process information, and the safeguards for any transfer outside South Africa, must be checked when those services are configured.
How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting engagement, or for a lawful record-keeping purpose. Records should then be deleted or de-identified, subject to applicable legal requirements and backup cycles. You can ask us about a particular record.

The supplied website does not include advertising cookies, third-party analytics, social embeds or remote font requests. Blocking cookies prevents the forms from working; the email link remains available.
Your choices and requests
You may request access or correction, ask for deletion where applicable, withdraw consent for future processing, or object where the law allows. We may need proportionate verification before acting. Withdrawal does not invalidate processing already lawfully completed.
