Michael founded IK SOLS in 2026 to bridge the gap between technology and business operations. Automation and systems improvements should be more affordable and accessible for SME businesses in South Africa.
With an academic foundation in science and engineering, his experience spans business systems, engineering, software development, automation, data analysis, IT infrastructure, property operations and commercial management.
He combines analytical thinking with hands-on technical implementation, approaching business challenges as interconnected systems of people, processes, information and technology. His work covers operational assessment, solution architecture, development, deployment and ongoing optimisation, with an emphasis on reliability, efficiency and measurable commercial value.
IK SOLS remains founder-led, ensuring direct technical oversight, accountability and continuity throughout client engagements. The company continues to develop its capabilities across software, automation, IT/OT integration, infrastructure and cybersecurity.
